Built for continuous high-pressure duty
Most pumps in this class are rated for intermittent peaks and quietly de-rate themselves when the duty cycle tightens. The LX-900 does not. Its pressure band is specified for continuous operation at 350 bar with a 420 bar peak, and the qualification test runs 1 000 hours at 10 % above rated pressure before a unit leaves the line.
Every unit is flow-tested against its own serial record, and the test report ships with the pump.
What makes it last
- Hardened swashplate and piston shoes — 12CrNi3 case-hardened running surfaces paired with bronze-lined shoes, so the lubrication film survives low-viscosity hot-shift conditions.
- Integral charge pump — maintains suction pressure margin up to 3 000 rpm without an external boost circuit.
- Sealed compensation control — the compensator is a separate bolt-on module, replaceable in the field in under 15 minutes without breaking the pump’s main housing.
- ISO 4406 18/16/13 minimum — the pump tolerates real-world plant filtration instead of demanding a dedicated kidney loop.
Integration
The mounting interface is ISO 3019/2 two-bolt with a Ø 101.6 mm pilot, and ports are SAE J518 Code 61. In most retrofit projects the LX-900 replaces an existing axial piston pump without touching the coupling, the manifold or the mounting plate.
Control options — pressure compensator, load sensing, and manual displacement — are factory-fitted to order. Retrofitting a different control later requires only the bolt-on module, not a new pump.
Ordering and serviceability
Minimum order quantity is four units, with a standard lead time of 35 days from a confirmed purchase order. Spare seal kits, compensator modules and replacement shaft assemblies are held in stock in Rotterdam and Singapore and ship within three business days.
