R&D and engineering capability
Research and development here means application engineering and validation, not a product roadmap. The output is a specification that survives an audit.
Application engineering
Sizing, selection and retrofit engineering is a first-class function here, not a pre-sales courtesy. Around a third of what we ship is a variant engineered against a customer duty cycle rather than a catalogue number.
Test and validation laboratory
Hydrostatic test stands to 700 bar, a temperature and humidity chamber, a vibration table and a calibration bench traceable to a DAkkS-accredited laboratory. Serial numbers resolve to the test stand record.
Design authority on the shop floor
Any deviation from a released drawing stops at the cell, not at the quality desk. That is slower on the day and the only reason a part number bought eighteen months later still fits.
Failure analysis loop
Field returns are opened, not replaced. The output is a documented root cause and, where it is warranted, a design change with a revision number behind it.
Production capacity
Two sites, one specification. Where production is split across facilities, the quality management system is what keeps the part identical between them.
Machining and assembly
Two production sites covering CNC machining, honing, assembly and end-of-line testing. Pressure-containing units are hydrostatically tested at 1.5× rated pressure before dispatch.
Skilled labour and process control
Documented work instructions at every cell, with calibrated torque and test equipment on a defined interval. Traceability runs from the material certificate to the shipping carton.
Export logistics
EXW, FCA, CIF or DDP. Customs documentation, hazardous-goods paperwork for lithium cells and calibration certificates are prepared before the goods leave, not after the booking.
Spares and service
Spare parts held in Rotterdam and Singapore, shipped within three business days. Commissioning support for integrators and OEM partners, at no additional cost.
